Der Anycubic Photon Ultra ist ein bahnbrechender DLP-3D-Drucker für Endverbraucher. Anycubic hat in Zusammenarbeit mit Texas Instruments die Digital Light Processing (DLP) Technologie in die Desktop-3D-Drucker-Branche eingeführt.
DLP vs LCD
Ein DLP-Drucker verfügt über einen optischen Projektor, der konzentrierte Lichtstrahlen nur dort aussendet, wo das Harz aushärten muss. Dadurch entstehen unglaublich präzise Ergebnisse ohne Lichtlecks oder unscharfe Kanten. Der DLP-Projektor kann einen Strahl mit hoher Gleichmäßigkeit projizieren, und die Lichtgleichmäßigkeit der Formoberfläche beträgt mehr als 90 %. Bei einem LCD-Drucker strahlt eine einzige große UV-Lampe durch einen Bildschirm, der entweder offene oder geschlossene Pixel hat. Allerdings ist die Lichtquelle immer eingeschaltet, was selbst auf dunklen Pixeln zu Lichtlecks führt.
Langlebigkeit
Dank der DLP®-Technologie muss das Lichtquellensystem des Anycubic Photon Ultra nicht so oft ausgetauscht werden wie bei einem LCD-3D-Drucker und hat eine Lebensdauer von über 20.000 Stunden, was zehnmal länger ist als die 2.000 Stunden für LCD-Monochrombildschirme. Die Wartungskosten wurden erheblich reduziert.
Energieeinsparung und umweltfreundlich
Die Nennleistung des Photon Ultra beträgt lediglich 12W, was etwa der Leistung einer normalen Glühbirne entspricht und nur 1/5 der 60W-Leistung eines LCD-3D-Druckers.
Hochgeschwindigkeit
Der Photon Ultra verfügt über eine extrem schnelle Optik-Engine, die den Druckprozess auf nur 1,5 Sekunden pro Schicht beschleunigt, was 1/5 der ursprünglichen Photon-Geschwindigkeit von 8 Sekunden pro Schicht entspricht. Die Druckgeschwindigkeit beträgt bis zu 6 cm pro Stunde, das ist dreimal schneller als der ursprüngliche Photon mit 20 mm pro Stunde. Drucken für eine Stunde
Flüsterleises Drucken
DLP-Drucker geben aufgrund ihres geringen Stromverbrauchs weniger Wärme ab. Die Wärme wird über einen Radiator abgeführt, ohne dass ein Kühlventilator vorhanden ist, um eine flüsterleise Druckumgebung für Benutzer zu gewährleisten.
