No, the ACE Pro isn't compatible with the Kobra X, you can't use the ACE Pro with the Kobra X.
But if you only want to use 4 colors, you can order Kobra X as one of its features is 4-Color Built-in, you can print 4 colors via Kobra X without ACE Pro.

How can i dry the filament? Can i dry also with third patt dryer and fill the printheader from them?
You can dry the filament with our ACE 2 Pro. The Kobra X isn't compatiable with with third part dryer.

For Anycubic TPU single-color printing, the current capability is to print a hardness of 95A or higher. For multi-color printing, the most stable option currently is 68D.
